*If you are renting or selling shop space, each shop space must have the price clearly posted.
*You are required to have an information board somewhere in the shop space with rules clearly stated and a contact name for the shop owner.
*Renter/Buyers in your shop must have a sign in their shop space with their contact name posted.
*Single Player Shops - After 1 month of inactivity, your shop will be closed and the warp removed. Any future warps will need to be repurchased. Contact an admin in advance to let them know if you have any planned inactive time coming up so arrangements can be made to not fall into the inactive category.
*Multi-player Shops with an inactive owner will be handled on a case by case basis.
*A rule board with all town rules should be clearly visible at the place people will warp into your town at.
*The rule board needs to have a list of residents that live in the town.
*Each house in the town needs to have a sign posted of who owns the house.
*Each house must have have locked doors (/cprivate)
*We strongly encourage you to use protection stones in your town to prevent griefing, and misunderstandings between residents.
*If a resident alters/changes something in an unprotected part of your town, that is not considered griefing. Add a protection stone to the affected area and ask the person not to do changes without your permission.
*If the town owner goes inactive for over 1 month, the town residents may vote on who the new town owner will be. It will be the new town owners responsibility to uphold the list of rules for the warp to the town, or the warp will be revoked.
*The new town owner must be of Donator ranking or higher in order to keep the warp. If not, the owner can be changed to whoever is voted on but the warp will be removed.
*If you are evicting someone from your town, you must allow them 24 hours to move out and find a new home.
